Ive been seeing Nancy since I was 14 and she's in charge of my meds. I genuinely feel like she listens to my concerns and takes my questions and worries seriously. I've also been doing therapy there since I was 15 and have had the chance to meet someone I click with who genuinely seems to understand how I feel. Seeing all these bad reviews is hard because I haven't had any bad experiences myself but maybe I just got lucky with who I'm seeing. I would highly recommend just trying different staff members because maybe you'll find one that fits for you/your child.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD HERE!! This place is horrible. I brought my child here to be seen. They saw a NP. This NP wanted to put my child in a mental hospital. When I declined this suggestion she threatened me with calling the police and DFCS. She also called security and a bunch of other staff to surround me and my child. By chance I met another parent who had been at this clinic as well and had almost the exact same experience. They should be ashamed of themselves.
