Dr Mumtaz was awesome. She will make a great physician someday. She is very thorough and listens completely. The reception people are friendly. Other than that, it is like pulling teeth from a dinosaur to get results from here. If you need a referral, good luck getting one. If you need to speak to a human, good luck with that, as well. If you think the notes from your visit will be anything but “Everything is fine.”, good luck with that, too. I recommend going somewhere else unless you feel like you have a lot of time on your hands to try to get answers and results for your issues and like calling and leaving messages. It is disappointing.

My grandfather absolutely loved all his doctors here, always has a pleasant time with most of the staff there. He isn’t tech savvy so I have to help him with his medication refills and most of his appointments when done online. I had to call the nurse about a medication refill and question. The nurse I spoke to I believe was Lorena, I have spoke to her a few times and everytime she has a nasty attitude and tone. She was helpful by getting the refills in, but everytime I speak to her it’s nasty and mean sounding- very belittling as was when I tried to ask about certain side effects of a medication she acted as if everyone in the entire world should know. Im sorry im just trying to better help my grandpa. Thank you to the rest of my grandpas medical team.
