I dropped off a pair of glasses to get a frame replacement & I got screwed the so-called manager finally called me. Just to tell me they lost the lenses which were the transition kind which are not cheap I gave the a week to find them. When I went in today to pick them up it was not the same lens that I dropped off she pulled a fast one on me she said they was my genes. But they wasn't getting as dark outside like the ones I dropped of & the way i was treated by her made me feel like she didn't like me btw I am a black man. They had my glasses for almost 6 months she was saying she couldn't find the replacement frames. So I went across the street to Grace optical & they had frames that fit. I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT A COHEN OPTICAL AGAIN. They switched my lenses cause they couldn't find mine that costs me 500 dollars. THEY WONT RESPOND TO NEG STUFF ONLY TO GOOD REVIEWS. THAT SHOWES WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY GIVE . PEOPLE DON'T GO HERE ESP IF YOUR NOT HISPANIC
