Wow! My mammography took all of 20 mins. That includes me taking my top and bra off and fiddling with the confusing ties on the robe. But that could be because my appointment was really late (7pm) and the joint was completely empty. The waiting room is quite large, large enough for two televisions, so I imagine that the place gets very busy during the day. If you can go late, it's worth it. I didn't realize that my last mammogram was back in 2013. Yikes. Once you start approaching 50 it's crucial to get a series of baseline mammos, especially if you have dense breasts or a history of breast cancer in your family. I was going to say "Go get your boobies smashed!" but this was more like a gentle mushing this time.

Really quite bad. For two exams I had to wait 6 hours and I was told it would take 2 hours. I’ve gone to many other radiology facilities over the years and have never been subject to such a confusing system. After I was finished with my MRI they recommended I go to see my doctor which I didn’t have an appointment for and they were puzzled why I wasn’t told this earlier. I’ve never had to do that at previous facilities. I always received a call about my results to discuss next steps. No one seems to know the natural order of billing, patient flow, etc. What was meant to be a morning excursion turned into an entire day and I missed meetings at work. It’s really inconsiderate. I didn’t have the personal day to cover this and lost money because of it. Horrendous.
