Doctor billed for multiple diagnosis codes while doing Annual Physical without informing us about the same. Visit was only for annual physical - this is deceptive billing practice. we always go to NYC Langone and never had the same experience.

They never pick up your call.. tried to call more than 4 times to cancel an appointment everytime recorded message says we are in the office and goes to VM They should have an option to cancel the appointment in the portal directly. ..
