Do anything you can to avoid having to go through here. I have been assisting a community member with needed care and this office treated them soo disrespectfully. They legitimately hate their clientele, are tone deaf, and don’t listen to help - just to argue and condescend, which is honestly the last thing anyone in need needs, but especially our Elderly community members. You can’t help anyone if you won’t even listen to them, which is communication 101. I have no idea why these women go into this field when they have a visceral hatred towards low income and differently abled community members.

Apparently, the service is far too charitable to answer or return a phone inquiry for donation purposes!
