I explained my child was abandoned by her mother, the previous insurance policy holder, and my policy wouldn’t cover her for another month. My kid is suicidal. They said no insurance, no care. Not even an option for out-of-pocket to bridge the gap. Do NOT trust any child’s mental health with this very disturbed group. Since they’re partnered with my school district, taking advantage of vulnerable kids for cash, I’m filing a complaint with the superintendent to send them packing.

Very unprofessional, We had our intake and was completely blown off the next week for our first official session. No call no email, just never showed up!
