This company has some of the best customer service I have ever had. The director is alway available to answer question when I was going through a situation, I am so thankful. The BCBA assigned to my daughter is very respectful and assuring and let me tell you about my daughters RBT/ABA therapy, she is one in a million. My daughter has improved tremendously since she has come in my home. She is patient, caring and understandable. She observed my daughter and in doing so she was able to work with my daughter the best way. I am so thankful because I was scared due to some obstacles that I had dealt with. This team that Dr. Camilla has placed my daughter with is just amazing. Words can not express how happy and thankful I am.

Whoever is answering the phone for this business needs a great deal of customer service training and people skills. Terribly rude. Read the response to confirm this is not a place you want to engage with. Whether I misspoke or was correct, you are a very nasty individual and this will catch up with you. Good luck
