So when I started I had already tried a few therapists in the past, but I always found them to not be a fit, and hard to find those with availability. Lifestance made it really easy to read information on available therapists, including specialties and what they were like as a person to make sure it was somebody I would be comfortable with. I quickly found Taylor, and she has been amazing. I can see the differences in how I react to situations, and utilize the techniques she taught me every day.

Our experience has been a very positive one. My daughter and I already really like her provider. Gail was caring and inviting and my daughter was immediately comfortable talking to her.
