All northwell sucks, my daughter is 4 month old after the vaccines she’s been very sick I call the place cause I already went to the hospital and don’t know what to do and they say the doctor don’t have space available. So what’s the purpose of having a pediatrician? For me is impossible to believe that a pediatrician can not make space for an emergency with one of her patients.. If you call for advise and the answer is go to the hospital and I already do that and my baby still sick.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This office is completely unprofessional and shows no regard for patients. I’ve given them multiple chances, but they never improve. If you need to reschedule because you’re sick, they push your appointment out for months, and if you need help with anything, they simply don’t provide it. When I called to voice my concerns, the receptionist laughed and dismissed me instead of addressing the issue. This is not how patients should be treated. Save yourself the stress and go to an office that actually values and supports its patients
