The wait for dental is ridiculous, you guys really need to do better. Making an appointment and waiting two hours is crazy because people have things to do. Who wants to stay in your office for half a day. The absolute worst. The ladies at the front are so rude and don’t know how to talk to the patients. OBGYN is the ONLY office that take appointments and people time into consideration. I would never recommend going here for dental.

The staff is extremely rude and lack professionalism. The wait time is ridiculous even with an appointment. You’re waiting 2 hours past your appointment time to see the doctor. It doesn’t matter which department. The best department is pediatrics. The nurses there are very polite and friendly. Anytime you call pediatrics. Your call is always answered and with the utmost respect. They accommodate all your requests, and you never have to wait long. They should all learn a thing or two from pediatrics. I had very high hopes for this place. After seeing all the beautiful changes they made to the building and changing the name. I’ve had enough. I’m currently looking for a new health center.
