Visited this location but was confused as their address is the same address to the adjacent building that seemed to be a sky rise or way bigger than this location. Next to the building is another clinic for kidneys which is also confusing but I finally figured it out. Front desk weren’t as pleasant as other Essen locations. Met Dr Dinova for the first time and she grilled me about my medications demanding I name them all wgich took me by surprise as she had my chart pulled up on her computer with all of my medications. I told her I didn’t know them by heart as I wasn’t prepared to be asked for them and reminded her she had them on her screen monitor. She insisted on knowing them which I found pushy so I asked her to give me a moment as I tried to locate a list of them on my phone. I explained which medications were used for what and she kept cutting me off I didn’t feel heard. She insisted I change my diet and do this and that and I interrupted and informed her I couldn’t afford food as she assumed and let her know I’m on a fixed income and thanked her for her concerns and she gave me an address to another Essen location where I could walk in and get bloodwork and she left in a hurry. I don’t know why she would treat me the way she did but hope she understands that without clients she has no job. Her assistant was marvelous though and extremely pleasant.
