Very unprofessional. The nurse and the provider have bad customer service skills. The provider is never on her A game. You have to constantly stay on top of her to resolve 1 issue. The nurse just has a nasty attitude, she act like she doesn't want to work there. I told them today to gladly discharge me from the practice. I wouldn't recommend this place not even for an emergency.
