I feel really bad for the case managers here because they could use better jobs. The director is a mess. You allegedly allow visitors but don’t have a restroom available. It’s 100+ degrees in this place , you don’t have a room for sensitive residents to keep cool in this mess but the workers are instructed to keep the doors closed in their areas to keep the cool air in . Help me understand this , if you work here you’re entitled to be cool during this oppressive heat but if you’re unfortunate enough to have to reside here , you can’t bring in your own , you put cooling center notices up for places that are only opened Mon- Friday 9-5. How are people supposed to sleep ? I’ve had 8 mild seizures in the past 2 days alone with numerous days left of this . Not here due to non payment of rent either
