I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service and professionalism demonstrated at this office. From the warmth and welcoming energy that I received from the office manager Emmanuel I knew that I should expect not but superior service. Each detailed was handled with great attention to detail. The website and online profile were very user friendly and aided in a seamless first appointment visit. On the morning of my appointment I called in advance to communicate a delay in my arrival. I’m pleased to share that I was met with understanding and appreciation for the transparency and advance notice. This professionalism and sense of care calmed my anxieties and affirmed that this was a great choice for my new dental home. Upon arriving to the office I was very pleased with the modern and sleek design. I was greeted warmly and was seen swiftly for my appointment. The dentist was so pleasant and truly made me feel apart of the Canopy Dental family. The room and utensils were clean and the process was painless. I am so excited to return and will be bringing my husband next time.
