Irresponsible, unprofessional provider. My mom did a thyroid ultrasound here a month ago. The result should be come out within a week, but now it's been a month without result. I call them almost everyday they just kept saying no result or maybe the doctor has no time. Recently they suggested me to call their manager but the manager still doesn't pick up the call. If my mother's condition gets worse because of their delay, I'll definitely sue them.

Bad service. I specifically asked them to make sure my doctor received the XR films and report before my appointment and when I came to the appointment, they had neither. Very disorganized and very unprofessional
