Upon entering the facility on the ground floor, each patient was greeted by a staff member who inquired where we were headed and directed us accordingly. As we arrived to the appropriate floor patients were organized into a queue, called by name, and guided to the paired cubicle. We were seen promptly, and the Technician who assisted me, was warm, and professional. She had a caring demeanor and handled everything efficiently which made the process smooth and comfortable. The room was clean, tidy, and organized which reflected the overall well-maintained environment of the facility. This location is conveniently situated in downtown Flushing, near the Van Wyck Expressway and the Whitestone Expressway, and is easily accessible by public transportation. Additionally, they accommodate both scheduled appointments and walk-ins, which adds to the convenience.

Very unprofessional experience. I went to Main Street Radiology after being told by their office over the phone that I could come in as a walk-in. When I arrived, the person at the front door refused to let me enter, even while I was actively on the phone confirming with their staff that walk-ins were allowed. There was poor communication among staff and a complete lack of professionalism. Patients should not be treated this way or denied access due to internal confusion. This caused unnecessary stress and delayed my medical care. For clarity and accountability, I will be adding a photo of the individual involved so management can properly address this issue. I expect much better coordination and respect from a medical facility.
