I call to make an appointment I asked before I made the appointment. Do you take health first I was told yes my appointment was canceled and rescheduled for another day when I get to the place they are telling me that my insurance doesn’t cover the frames. What ironic is when I get my insurance on the phone they tell me all you have to come back tomorrow as we have to get the manager and the frames has be made. Do not waste your time going to this place. They are rip off the doctor and staff laughed in my face while I explained to him my child desperately needs glasses. I have reported this place to their insurance. Please try another local eye clinic. These people here are a scam and a rip off. I have worked in a medical field for many years, including eye doctor clinics, and I know that you can receive your glasses the same day if you need them, I will be reporting this place to the Better Business Bureau. I will be reporting them everywhere. They will not get away with what they did

So I came here 3 years ago cause my previous glasses broke and need a new prescription anyway since I started a new job and I desperately needed new glasses I spend almost a grand which I felt kinda ripped off but you know what I needed the glasses , 3 years today I decided to go to a new optical that was also in my area and they compare from your old prescription to make sure its same when they provided you the new , i let them that I do have astigmatism so upon seeing the doctor this doctor tells me that my current glasses have close to nothing like nothing in the lens which no wonder. I was always having headaches and I was always taking off my glasses cause my eyes will get blurry sometimes , moral of the story dont waste your time here the fact that I've been struggling for 3 years with my current glasses is ridiculous , and before you say anything I cant really afford to get new prescription every year like normal people cause I honestly didnt have good vision insurance til now
