Brooklyn Mint Dental - Dr. Alice Hoang

This is my third appointment here. Dental work has never been a confortable experience for me. But everyone at Brooklyn Mint Dental has made it so that I feel like I walked into a spa. I see Dr. Alice Hoang, who has been a great listener and super caring dentist. For all three appointments the service has been exceptional. From the moment I walk in, the customer service is outstanding. The receptionists are warm, professional, and efficient, and that same level of care continues throughout the entire visit. The cleaning was incredibly detailed, the fillings and my fixed chipped tooth came out amazing and seamless. Most of all I never feel rushed. I am especially impressed with the comprehensive dental evaluation. Everything is explained clearly, and it is obvious they are being thorough and attentive by ensuring you are aware of every step. Everyone in the office, from the front desk to the team working in the back, is kind, knowledgeable, and professional. You can truly tell this clinic cares about patient health and comfort. I highly recommend them.

This is long overdue, but over the past year I’ve been working with Dr. Alice on a few dental issues, and it has been an excellent experience. Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever seen. She truly listened to my concerns and guided me toward an option that was different from what I had originally expected, in the best way. After seeing multiple dentists over the years, it was the first time I actually felt heard about what I was trying to achieve, and she helped me get there. In the end, the treatment was less invasive, less expensive, and had a better outcome. I deeply appreciate her comprehensive, thoughtful, and kind care. Plus, she’s genuinely great and really fun to be around. Highly recommend all around!
