I went for the first time on 03/21/2026 for both me and my son. The Medical staff including the receptionist naty and Gladys were amazing, kind and very professional. The assistance and doctor were amazing, kind, professional, respectful, understanding and helpful. Over all my experience was amazing. The only problem I have is when I went to pick out my glasses. The gentleman kept trying to push for a sale wanting me to add more stuff to my glasses after telling him I was ok with the insurance one. I just felt obligated, and force to put something. He made picking out glasses for me uncomfortable. Anyway when a customer is picking out glasses such things like anti-glare or uv light should be recommended but not an obligation. He wasn't listening to me as a customer and that made me upset. Upstairs staff amazing and loving. Downstairs lack alot of professional understanding.

Just had my first visit at the office today. Nathy at the front desk is super kind and has amazing customer service. The doctor was also very kind, knowledgeable and attentive. Isaiha was very patient and sweet when helping me pick out my glasses. I left feeling confident in my decision to choose Bronx Vision Center. 10/10 highly recommend.
