Bronx Park Radiology Asst Pc

When I came in to make my appointment I was rudely told that if I want an appointment I need to sign my name and wait for all the patients above to be seen, or leave and call later instead. It was moderately busy, and although the counter was empty several times I had to wait 50 minutes just to give in my referral and make an appointment (a 3 minute process) One week later, my actual appointment went wonderfully. I saw a different receptionist that was polite for my paperwork. I showed up at 10:50 for my 11:00, and was out by 11:30. My nurse was very pleasant, efficient, and a great communicator. Overall I’d recommend- I’m just not a fan of one of the receptionists’ attitude.

Staff is amazing!!!! Amanda the tech was so quick and efficient without rushing she was very professional and friendly making the whole exam pleasant. The women at the front desk we’re professional and Sylvia walked to each patient greeted them and as she called you to the exam room she apologized for your wait which wasn’t more than fifteen minutes!!!!!! That’s a first in all my years In many hospitals with family and for my self all over the city, have I ever had a better experience. Great staff if I ever need X-ray or CT scan only place I will go to Or recommend!!!!
