Every time I go to this location at 2304 Eastchester rd I always feel satisfied. The staff is very friendly, the girls in the front make you feel welcoming and the wait time is minimal. The doctor was thorough, took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. The facility was clean, and the overall service was great! Highly recommend this place for quick, quality care! Doctor Nana is great always listen to what is going on with me recommend her anytime

Tbh I haven’t had that bad of an experience here. Only complain I have is that THEY never have a direct phone to contact, you get run around when you call the system hangs up or you talk to a customer service from who knows where that don’t have a back line to transfer you to the office. I am legit in pain right now, I got a call from them from my visit on Sunday I’ve called back several time to the number provided and NO answer I think it connects to like a central line, oh how I miss my old pcp cause they would NEVER
