I felt it was important to provide an honest review about this office which I found on google. I can only speak on my experience with this location and it has been wonderful. I looked at the Photos and made an appointment to check out the place as I had a bad experience with my previous physical therapy office as it was overcrowded, impersonal and unprofessional. First and foremost, what attracted me to this particular Office is that it has a lift that works as I had Knee Surgery. The staff is not only professional but very knowledgeable they tailor the treatment to fit my needs. This office is small and intimate with all types of machines, occupational equipment coupled with one on one therapy which I enjoy immensely. They work with me as I am elderly. They also take your blood pressure and your pulse prior to and after each session. This was great for me, because based upon their evaluation they found my pressure was elevated and now I seeing my cardiologist. Additionally, the physical therapist assesses you throughout your sessions and let’s you know your progress. I must admit, I found receptionist, amazing not only because she is professional she follows up on any questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend this office,If you want one on one treatment with quality service in a small non-congested setting which focuses on you and your health this is the place. The only problem is the parking which is a bit difficult but, it’s worth the trip.
