Not professional and rude. I was asked to Signed in and wait for my name and they called on people who came in after me. when i asked how come i am being skipped i was told i have you on my list and i will call you when ready. They Pick and choose who to call on based on their language.

I was hesitant to use this location because of the bad reviews, but was pleasantly surprised. Even though it was busy, it moved along quickly. The front desk can probably be a touch friendlier but they get the job done. The ultrasound tech - I believe Vicky - was very friendly and ultimately you're going there for imaging not for receptionists. So in my book as long as the imaging is done well that's what counts.
