This company is a disgrace for letting down their employees. It took two hours for a blood test because two of four workers called in sick. They have to do everything, the tests, the billing, and managing the crowd. The place was packed, hot, and we sat on the floor. I don't blame the workers at all, who are exhausted, working flat out. This is a management issue from corporate down. If half of your staff calls out, close or rush replacements in, because this doesn't work. Fix it.

Today was my first time visiting Quest Diagnostics at this Brooklyn location, and I had a wonderful experience thanks to Marina. I didn’t even have an appointment, and I was seen within 5 minutes of walking in, which was such a pleasant surprise. Even though the waiting room was packed and people kept coming in, the staff was incredibly efficient. I could clearly see that the other workers were also making sure patients were being seen quickly and not left waiting for a long time. It seemed like 5–10 minutes was the maximum wait for everyone. Marina came out to the waiting room to personally get me, which I really appreciated. She was very nice, polite, and professional from the very beginning. I needed to get a referral from my doctor first, which took about 15–20 minutes, and she was incredibly patient the entire time. She didn’t rush me at all or make me feel pressured. Instead, she waited kindly and made sure everything was taken care of properly. The blood draw itself went perfectly. She has an amazing hand I honestly didn’t even feel the needle go in! She made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process. Marina truly provided amazing service and turned what could have been a stressful first visit into a very positive experience. Thank you, Marina, for your kindness, patience, and professionalism!
