Antiquated medical office, everything is done via mail or fax. Have received duplicate bills from this office that were paid. Doctor was dismissive about my issues but then charged me for tons of tests. Said it was in network with my insurance but I’m still paying bills for a visit back in March (it’s July now). I also had to wait two hours in the office for my appointment because they were running behind schedule. Inconvenient hours as well if you work a 9-5. There’s better doctor offices in the city.

I arrived a bit early for my 10:30 appointment. I was told I would be the doctors first patient as he arrives by 10:30-10:45. I was perfectly ok with that. The nursing staff were great and did my bloodwork and EKG. By 11am still waiting for the doctor and then get told by the staff he is on an important call that couldnt wait. That is beyond rude and unprofessional to make me wait while he makes a call.
