I recently had an MRI of my spine by appointment. From the very beginning, I was welcomed warmly and courteously. In the waiting area, I was offered tea or coffee, given a key to store my personal belongings, and assisted in preparing for the procedure. After that, I was escorted to the examination room. The technologist who performed the MRI was attentive and highly professional. He explained every step of the procedure clearly and thoroughly, which made me feel calm, comfortable, and well cared for throughout the entire process. I would especially like to mention the pleasant interior of the center, the comfortable temperature, excellent ventilation, and the exceptional cleanliness both in the waiting area and throughout the entire medical facility.

I am writing to formally report a concerning incident that occurred during a telephone call to your facility earlier today. During this interaction, I was met with an exceptionally unprofessional and discourteous demeanor from the individual who answered the phone. The representative's tone and responses were consistently impolite, making the conversation particularly unpleasant and unproductive. It also became apparent during the discussion that the individual was operating from a remote, home environment. While I acknowledge the prevalence of such work arrangements, this factor did not excuse the pronounced lack of professionalism exhibited. As a party familiar with your facility's operational standards, I find this experience deeply disappointing and entirely unacceptable. I believe it is crucial for your organization to maintain a consistent level of professionalism across all customer touchpoints, irrespective of the operating environment. I trust that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate measures to address the concerns raised. I look forward to an assurance that such incidents will not recur.
