I wish I read those comments better but I honestly do not recommend this place at all. I requested a specific test to be done and it wasn’t even submitted. I was told instead “did I tell the lady who drew my blood to do this test?”. Yes she knew. I didn’t appreciate someone trying to shift blame on me when I spoke with my doctor about this test, someone higher then the front desk and I believe a manager that same exact day who drew my blood, telling them the same exact thing so don’t even play those games with me. They knew they messed up. I was met with unprofessionalism in the front when I came for one of my apts being told I did not have an appt that day yet I was called a day prior confirming the appt. The front desk kept saying over and over I have no appt that day. I knew I did. Apparently they had two charts in the system with my name. And then I was told my doctor would be there that day and she wasn’t. I called the day before to see if she was there the day before instead because I had to urgently speak with her. The staff and doctors do not know what they are doing and are putting in the wrong information. Super incompetent and also was shamed by a different doctor I had to see. I was left having a massive panic attack later that day where I almost fainted and I never had such a scary experience. I never ever want to go to this facility again. Every appt is extremely rushed. I feel like since I’m also dark skinned I’m being approached some type of way meanwhile I have a college degree and a very good paying job. Shame on all of these people working there. Step it up you’re suppose to be professionals. No excuses. You’re dealing with serious situations.

The woman who answered (Julianne) did not greet me — no “hello” or “good morning.” Instead, she immediately asked for my date of birth and last name without any introduction or explanation. When I asked a simple question about whether they offer non-invasive prenatal testing (a very standard first-trimester screening), she told me she didn’t know what I was talking about, put me on hold, and then came back repeating the same words back to me rather than answering my question. Throughout the call she put me on hold without warning, was dismissive, and became passive aggressive when I asked for clarification. When I asked to speak to another staff member or a manager, she first claimed no one was available, then said her manager “just left,” and initially refused to give me her name. As a pregnant woman calling to establish care, this was incredibly upsetting. Professionalism and compassion are crucial in an OB office — this is a vulnerable time and patients deserve to feel welcomed and supported. I’ve worked as a receptionist for years and basic courtesy and communication are standard healthcare protocol. Sadly, that was not shown here. As someone who had over eight years of experience as a medical receptionist and I currently work in the healthcare field, I know exactly what professionalism is and what patient care should look like. This women, Julian or Julianne should be fired.
