I have been dealing with pain in my back, neck, and shoulder for years. In one session, my very first with Dr. Z, I felt amazing! I was genuinely shocked how much better I felt and how the pain was reduced. In addition, this was an experience like no other, the team is extremely professional and hospitable. Thank you Dr. Zorilla for your excellent level of care and thoroughness, you have raised the standard of Physical Therapy, and restored my faith in its ability to help me heal. Just visited their new location in Greenpoint, which is fantastic and has world-class equipment and technology.

I started looking for treatment again at the end of the summer due to continued neck and upper back pains I had developed from working from home for the past year and half. I wanted a place that was easier to get to than in the city and my friend recommended Body Hack. I'm so glad I tried it out. Carlos and his team, Eric, Mira, and Luly have been great to work with and are super friendly. The facility is top notch: clean, organized, and has the feel of a high end mini-gym / spa. They even have water and Nespresso! Look and feel aside, my treatment is going well and I appreciated how Carlos was able to immediately identify and explain the source of my neck pain and alleviate it - this was way above what multiple physical therapists at another Queens practice that I had tried out were able to offer. The long term fix will entail more strengthening and stretching, but it's a relief to know that I'm in great hands.
