i take service for last 2 months my overall experience is good dr ezzi is so connecting to there patients although the staff members are respectful

The staff at Dr. Ezzi’s office have been absolutely unprofessional. I went in for a pre-surgical clearance, and someone from the front desk performed my EKG. She was clearly struggling to use the machine, and then told me I had “bad results” and needed to be cleared by a cardiologist. This caused unnecessary panic and forced me to rush to a cardiologist, which delayed my surgical plans. The cardiologist completed the evaluation and sent the clearance report last Saturday. Despite this, Dr. Ezzi’s office kept denying they received it, and when I personally emailed them the report, they continued to make excuses and refused to release the necessary paperwork to my hospital to keep my surgery scheduled for tomorrow at 10 AM. I’ve been calling repeatedly, but each time I’m told they’re “busy” and will get to it on their own time. This level of negligence and lack of urgency is unacceptable, especially when it directly affects a patient’s scheduled surgery.
