They have helped me tremendously in working through depression, anxiety, and various life challenges. From the very beginning, they created a safe and supportive environment where I felt heard and understood. Their guidance, insight, and practical tools have made a real difference in my life and overall wellbeing. I first came here expecting to find the same therapist is saw for years. Following Covid-19, I found out she had moved on. Since, in the type of person who feels more at ease in one on one sessions in person & not virtual I decided to try out a new therapist under new management. My first therapist, weekly, for a year was outstanding. Erica was an amazing, consummate, caring person. She was able to guide me, help me and steer me down a brighter path. In conjunction with talk therapy, I did Neurofeedback with the assistance of Victoria. Victoria is another therapist is rely upon. Those sessions were also weekly, which I did for 8 months. Currently, because of family priorities & time availability, I moved to talk therapy only and that is with Victoria. Victoria, is a sympathetic, empathic, & caring individual. Her education and deep love for the profession makes her amazing. I have made tremendous achievements in my life with the help, assistance and steerage from my sessions. I highly recommend both Victoria and Erica for your needs. Do your research into what you believe you need and move forward from there.
