We have been working with Joseph for many months (since UniversaCare bought out the original home care company that we had hired for my parents). Joseph has consistently been extremely responsive - even under the most difficult of circumstances. I called several agencies to try and get care for my husband especially while I was hospitalized. Universacare was the Only agency that came directly to my home, sat down with me and my husband and went over all the details right then and there. I signed the papers and felt a sense of relief. They provided us with a wonderful caregiver Birgita who could also drive. My son who still lives with us while getting his doctorate was impressed by her and how easily she took care of my husband. We have now been fortunate to have her five days a week from 9-2 and I am so relieved.
