My mother has been a patient of Dr. Chaula Patel for several years and she has been her primary care provider. Unfortunately, during a recent visit, she behaved in an extremely unprofessional and confrontational manner. She stormed into the room while we were being seen by the physician assistant, addressing us rudely, dismissively, and with a confrontational tone. Moreover, she insists on unnecessary 30-day follow-up visits, even when no controlled substances are involved, which seems like exploitation of the insurance system. The facility is also outdated, and the care standards do not reflect modern expectations. Overall, she was not only rude but has clearly lost whatever passion was left in her career, and this experience has left us deeply dissatisfied. We will be seeking care elsewhere.” If I could rate this review a Zero I would!
