I highly recommend JAG Physical Therapy on New Dorp Lane. Jessica Lalicata is an exceptional physical therapist—knowledgeable, caring, and genuinely invested in her patients’ recovery. She takes the time to listen, explain treatments, and provide personalized care that has made a real difference in my progress. The other therapists there, Roman, Patrick are also excellent! I also want to thank the wonderful front desk staff for always being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, as well as the therapy assistants who help prepare me before my sessions. Their professionalism and positive attitudes make every visit a great experience. The entire team provides outstanding care, and I am grateful for all they do.

I had been here 4times already. I had Ivana, Joseph and Max. They all so helpful, professional and nice. Specially Ivana, I feel so comfortable with her because we are both in the same gender and she super sweet. I would recommend come in the morning, because so crowded at night.
