First time coming here. I was printing out a project on the self printer and all I needed was to figure out how to make the project print double sided. I went up to the counter to one lady and asked for help and she told me another employee would be able to help me. Said employee was very visibly flustered and irritated before she even got to me. She came over to me about 5 mins later (no problem as I was patient) and her approach wasn’t welcoming at all. She remained flustered and treated me as if I was a burden to her. She did indeed fix the problem but a little better customer service would’ve gone a long way.

Just a shout out to Camille at this Staples location. We were up against a critical meeting deadline and she truly went above and beyond to get a print job completed. This is what partnership with your customers looks like. Highly recommend!
