5+ STARS! … CHRISTINE at billing is truly a hidden treasure! … GREAT CARING SERVICE PROVIDED. THANK YOU CHRISTINE! … It means the world for moms like me to count not only on the great pediatricians that this office has, but on the incredible people that help on the billing department, I had an issue with my government insurance and I tried to fix it many many many times by calling the NYstate of health office and nobody cared to help me. I was about to pay charges of around $2,000 out of pocket and -when I was just about to give up- I decided to give a last try calling the pediatrician office billing dept. Christine answered phone and truly looked into my issue so well, that I had several calls throughout the week with updates. After a few days of trying and calling and resolving, I got a phone call from Christine saying that the bills were sorted out with the NYstate of health dept. and I paid $0. She straighten all out and even had the courtesy to call back with the update. PLEASE GO TO THIS OFFICE. EVERYONE IS AMAZING Christine (of course!) at billing, receptionist, and the beautiful doctors that truly care for our children. 5 Stars!!!
