Dr. Chopa was wonderful, made us feel very comfortable. We have been going to this group since my son was born, he's 16 now. The only thing i don't like is that the chairs are too dang low, i understand it's a pediatric office but adults go there to, maybe have a few!!!!!

I recently visited this pediatric office and, my experience was disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the staff seemed unwelcoming and did not provide any guidance or assistance in navigating the facility. This lack of professionalism set a negative tone for the visit. During the appointment, the medical assistant interacted with my child in a manner that felt rushed and overly forceful. When measuring my child’s height, she handled her roughly, which understandably upset and frightened my child. As a result, my child was distressed for the remainder of the visit.I scheduled this visit a week in advance and they decided to ask me to upload her immunizations at the time of the visit. I strongly believe that a pediatric office should create a warm, patient-centered environment where children feel safe and comfortable. I hope this feedback helps the office reflect on how they can improve their approach to patient care and staff training!!!
