OPTUM RADIOLOGY In Bayridge Brooklyn has been my go to for years and years . They are the ones who detected the smallest bit of my breast cancer in 2019 when it was at beginning stages. Now currently today - due to a fall (which I don't remember ) I'm here getting a CT Scan etc . And without going into too much details - let me say they are competent /ensuring a thorough complete test AND not only that but they ALL have great bedside manner ... So grateful for them especially THOMAS - CT tech & SABRINA Pt Care Coordinator !!!

WORST EVER! Irritable disrespectful phone reps every time I call. Quick to hang up in your face or transfer call without any notice. They do NOT Care to help patients, just surf the time clock. I called simply requesting MRI images to be uploaded on Mychart, and was First told to call Mychart (the app itself!) for this request. After getting the run around, I called again, was transfered twice, then told with Attitude, that images are not able to be uploaded on mychart. LIE! Images from my Ultra Sound from Optum were uploaded to my report and are attached on the bottom of it when you go to "lab results". Why not my MRI? The Ukrainian Healthcare lady in the MRI room made a snarky remark saying "you won't understand it anyway " so NASTY, unnecessary, & rude! For the images are for the Doctor, not myself. NYU Langon uploads Ultra Sound and MRI photos all the time to the lab report on Mychart. The only option Optum offers are images on CD, like its the 1990's. They wont even print out the images for you upon picking up the CD.
