I cannot recommend Dr. Nataliya Knap and her team highly enough! To say that I am terrified of dental offices would be an understatement. Dental visits have always caused me a tremendous amount of anxiety, so finding a dentist who makes me feel comfortable is incredibly important. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Dr. Knap is truly exceptional. She is kind, patient, gentle, and incredibly reassuring throughout every step of the visit. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable before proceeding with anything. Her calm and compassionate approach immediately put me at ease. Her assistant was equally wonderful—supportive, attentive, and genuinely caring. Together, they make an amazing team that treats patients with kindness and respect. This was honestly the most pleasant dental experience I have ever had. For the first time, I left a dental office feeling relieved, cared for, and grateful instead of stressed and anxious.
