I had the most unfortunate interaction with the office manager Siobhan. She was having conversations on speaker phone, during visiting hours, while I was waiting with my son who wasn’t well. When I asked her to please get off speaker phone, the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had followed as she raised her voice at me, and said as the office manager she decides what is acceptable. She also did not hesitate to shout in front of my child, which to me was the most unacceptable part of the entire incident. She needs to know that patients choose medical practices on the credentials of physicians and not on who is the office manager. And for this reason, after having been a patient for 9 years, bringing all 3 of our children there, we will move to another medical practice. I would discourage anyone from going to this office.

I would really love to give them a glowing review but their service and attention to detail has really gone downhill including the attitude that the front desk gives the patients. All three of my children have been patients there since they were born. We made trips there while living in New Jersey because of how wonderful Dr Morrissey was with them. For the first time, we are considering finding a pediatrician in New Jersey.
