When patients run late it makes everyone late and sometimes on very rare occasions Dr. Wilkes has emergency walk-ins. The wait time has gotten a little bit better. And, Dr Wilkes is the last of the best Doctors that are very thorough and knows what he's doing.

Have been here since 1pm and it is now going on 4pm my appt was for 1:45 pm. I thought maybe if i showed up early we would be out. But to no avail, and this old geezer has seen everyone who came in after my appt and i sit here patiently waiting. This office charges you if you don't show, but what happens when a patient sits here for hours, do we get some sought recognition for when we forget to cancel? We just got skipped again for another patient that just got here. And this is my first visit with this clown (dr. Wlikes). And they offer no coffee, snacks, water no nothing and make you wait all day. I think its time for this doctor to retire.
