I’ve been a patient at Prominis Medical Services for several years and have seen various physicians, but my appointment today with Dr. Jordan was truly exceptional. She is new to the practice and currently sees patients at the 5th Avenue location. Dr. Jordan was incredibly attentive, thorough, and personable. I never felt rushed during my visit. She took the time to listen carefully, exhausted all possible options, and ordered the necessary tests to get to the bottom of my concerns. Her approach was both comprehensive and caring. If you’re looking for a new primary care physician, I highly recommend requesting Dr. Jordan at the 5th Avenue location. This was easily one of the best top-tier medical experiences I’ve had. Really solid, dependable neighborhood doctor. Been going there for four years now. The staff has always been friendly, responsive, and very helpful and my new primary care doctor, Dr. Jordan, has been amazing so far. She's knowledgable, down to earth, and she took her time making sure I was taken care of. The office itself is a basic BK doctor's office. No frills or anything. It's kind of minimal and on the older side. If you're used to a fancier doctor's office experience, you may not love the 5th Ave location, but it's not bad. Overall, Prominis has served me well and taken good care of me. Would recommend if you're looking for a dependable primary care doc in the neighborhood.
