I’ve been going to this place for 3yrs now and it has been nothing but a nightmare every time. Staff is rude and doctors don’t care about the patients, we are only a number and a paycheck to them. I. My last visit this month 03/25. The doctor treated me indifferently and said to me that every single patient that goes there are just adicts and we all there only for the pain medication, that we should all get off the medication and look for rehab treatment and she also told me that by the next visit I needed to switch health insurance or otherwise I won’t be able to continue getting services there, even when they accept the insurance that I currently have. She has no right to force me to switch health coverage just because she says so. They kick you out of their clinic for any reason possible making a scene in front of the entire clinic (every single time) they make you feel like you are just garbage and if you want to continue receiving services there you have to take whatever attitude they give and put your head down and shut up. They never send meds on time and you call about it they very rude and put your name on waiting list even when you were already seen. They force to go to therapy even when it doesn’t work for you and the doctor reprimands you like you are his child and you have no right to complaint. And yes the incident about a patient spitting in the receptionist face is true I was there when it happened and even though it was wrong for him to do that he was very frustrated with the staff because they didn’t wanted to help him and they were kicking him out so he let out his frustration before he left the clinic. I wish I had a different pain management closer to me because I would had left this place long time ago but because is the only available to me I have to shut up and swallow their treatment. I would never refer anyone to go there and I give this place a two star and it gets two stars only for two people there that always treated me decently 1- the supervisor 2- the lady that takes your vitals. Every one else including the doctors are just rude and disrespectful to every one and they make you feel like you’re in a drug program. And even so in a drug program treats you better than this place. And before I forget to mention that the entire clinic is always filthy dirty, nobody cleans that clinic properly and when you look at the corners of the clinic at any point on the clinic you can see the build up of no one cleaning it. SMH

This place is horrible. There hasn’t even been soap in the bathrooms for the three years I’ve been going there. To have to give urine samples and not be able to sanitize your hands, whether or not you had to give a sample, is disgusting. The nurse practitioner, “Ms Princess O”, is rude and has been hardly ever what could be described as civil. Test results are also mixed up. The average wait for an appointment is two to three hours. It’s just awful, purely awful. I am looking for another qualified doctor.
