STAY Away Elder brother who is schizophrenic has been there since Jan 29th, today is June 16th, and they STILL haven't submitted him for Medicaid....Even after being told multiple times, by multiple people at New Bridge since the beginning of February, they would take care of submitting him for Medicaid, ...He met the financial requirements in mid April, and still to this day, have not submitted him....and now he has over $250,000 in medical bills and counting. for which of course there is no way he can pay them,...... It makes me think there is something very odd going on here....why would a medical facility not look to file a patient, as quick as possible, to Medicaid, so the hospital can be paid? Makes no sense....for an individual to file on their own to Medicaid, filling out the forms take less than 30 minutes.....very odd

This place is a fraud! I was brought there by an ambulance to an ER and was stripped down that everything even my underwear was taking away! I felt like I am in prison the way how they show it on TV! Absolutely no treatment, only lots of test. I was told that my pregnancy urine test came back positive even though I had hysterectomy 6 years ago! My private information and a potential treatment plan was disclosed to a few people that I never allowed to disclose to! These people got much more information than me in a discharge papers! However my husband was not allowed to go in and be with me. When I tried to create a patient portal account putting my personal information, another name came up with my email and phone number. Try to stay away as far as possible from this place! At the end when I was discharged and given all my belongings back, my entire bag and wallet was upside down and taken out of place. They even managed to misplace my driver’s license convincing me I didn’t have it with me but an hour later called me saying they found it, so I had to go all the way back to pick it up. Awful experience!
