Issue with classes held in Huntington hopital The infant care n birthing class educator is rude n has too much pride. She don’t really answer any questions shut down the class earlier than the time it should end Ppl with questions barely get answered And if someone asked a similarly question the attitudes starts With belittling like we just talk bout it Why you ask the similar question !? Well maybe their computer froze didn’t hear you? Red flag class close ealry n Questions don’t get answer as it should If you ask what pump should use or bottle She tell you We can’t tell you that It’s like really? WOW! Other educators give recommendations So rude!!!!! So so so rude educators This is the class with the blonde lady and chobby I don’t know her name but unacceptable

I enrolled in prenatal classes with Baby Live Advice because their website strongly suggests they “work with insurance companies.” As an expecting parent, this reasonably led me to believe the classes might be reimbursable by insurance. Only after payment did I discover—via the receipt—that: • classes are not covered by insurance, and • the company does not provide billing codes or superbills, making reimbursement impossible. When I contacted the company for clarification, the response I received from Analy was dismissive and unprofessional, placing blame on me rather than acknowledging how their website language could be misleading. If you are considering this company specifically because of insurance coverage, be aware: group classes are not reimbursable, and you will not receive the documentation required by insurance companies. Transparency and professionalism matter, especially when serving expecting and new parents. Unfortunately, this experience fell short on both.
