A patient for more that 11 yeara at this practice and the service is really bad. Called requesting my referrals, because needed to see a cardiologist ASAP. And sandra told me that i dont pay her to do this for me, that is not supposed to be when i wants. Spoke to me really bad and it's insane that i was talking to her really nice and she disrespect me. Will request my records to leave that practice.

My mother and I have been coming here for years and service is horrible. They tell you to come in for an appointment at 9 and you don't get seen until 12. Then they want you to COME BACK at 5PM to speak with Dr.Henoch. An all day process which is unacceptable. They make all of their SPANISH SPEAKING patients a first priority, Dr.Henoch is NEVER there and everyone is disorganized, front desk person is rude. I definitely will be changing my primary. If you are in the area and looking for a new primary DR.HENOCH IS NOT THE WAY TO GO.
