I went to this office on a Saturday for what I believed was an emergent situation. My recent lab work showed extremely high triglycerides, and I was experiencing symptoms that made me concerned about possible pancreatitis. I felt I needed to be seen by my doctor urgently. When I arrived, I explained the situation and mentioned that this would technically be a follow-up regarding my labs. I was then told they “only treat ER patients” on Saturdays. The front desk staff member was very rude and dismissive, which made an already stressful situation worse. I was under the impression that they open on Saturdays specifically to handle urgent cases like this. Because I could not get help from my own doctor’s office, I ended up going to the ER anyway. If you’re looking for a practice that takes urgent concerns seriously and treats patients with respect, you may want to consider other options.

I have been going to this facility with my son since he was born. They were absolutely fantastic 4 years ago and had 4.5 stars which is why I came here. I am on medication that I cannot be taken off of without notice. I have desperately tried to refill it to no avail. No one notified me any reasoning. When I did get a phone call it was left to voice mail due to me being at work. When I tried to call back, no one could get me back in contact with this person. They make you set up appointments on their app but it is so frustrating doing so due to the fact that you cannot make any appointment for any doctor. For some reason they also keep charging an insurance I no longer have, despite updating my charts, causing me to owe them money I shouldn’t owe them. They have also changed my chart to say I speak Spanish when I never put that down. I have gotten notes in the mail from them in Spanish which I can’t read. This is beyond frustrating and is borderline medical malpractice with the way they go about this. The thing is, the doctors are great, which is why I still go there but the administration is HORRIBLE.
