My sister attends dialysis at Harlem Green. Besides being a dialysis patient she has Multiple Sclerosis. On Monday 8/21 while attending dialysis she started having spasms. She called out for help and was totally ignored by attending staff. In desperation to get help with the pain she called my brother's phone and left a heart breaking message. I called the center to attempt to discuss this issue with an administrator by the name is Ms. Dominguez , who as of this posting has not had the decency to return my phone call. I will be sending an email to Ms.. Pompone who is the regional director.

Staff is nice but can never seem to get their patients in and on the machine on time... I was told it would be taken care of about a week ago and still nothing. Unacceptable!
