I had my first visit at this practice and saw PA Cassidy Lidisky, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. After being pushed from one provider to the next at other practices, I had gotten used to feeling like my medical history was never taken into consideration. Cassidy completely changed that. She dedicated our first appointment to truly understanding my medical history and listening carefully to my current concerns, something I haven’t always experienced with other providers. She was thoughtful, asked questions to better understand my history, and never dismissed anything I shared. Her bedside manner was exceptional. She took the time to clearly explain her plan of action so I understood exactly why we were taking each step. She has also been incredibly thorough and proactive, staying on top of my lab results, following up on medication approvals, and working with my insurance, which saved me countless headaches. For the first time in a while, I felt genuinely heard, supported, and cared for. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new provider.
