Dr. Singh gave me the worst and fastest cleaning ever in my life. It only took from 4:44 p.m. to 5:03 p.m., and during that time, I argued with him about the damage to my front teeth and how fast the cleaning was. So, basically, he cleaned my teeth and we argued about it in 15 minutes in total. You can see the lines I'm talking about and that he never actually cleaned my teeth; they are still yellow. The pictures were taken after the appointment.

As a new patient, I had a very frustrating experience trying to schedule a dental appointment with this office. The receptionist initially took all of my information, confirmed that they accepted my insurance, and scheduled me for a Friday afternoon appointment. When I later found out I had to work that day, I called back to reschedule, and the receptionist moved my appointment to a later time. We confirmed the new appointment details. The next day, I received another call asking me to confirm my appointment. I asked if they were calling from Prudental, and the receptionist said yes. Since I had been shopping around for different dentists, I believed I had mixed up the offices and asked to cancel the appointment. A few hours later, I checked my call history and realized the number actually belonged to Astoria Family Dental. I immediately called back to explain the misunderstanding and reinstate my appointment. To my surprise, I was told that I wasn’t in the system, there was no record of me ever being scheduled, and that the dentist wasn’t even in on Friday. This left me extremely confused and concerned. After having my information taken, my insurance confirmed, and my appointment rescheduled and reconfirmed, being told there was suddenly no record of any of it was very disappointing. The lack of clear communication and organization made what should have been a simple scheduling process incredibly stressful. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable trusting this office with my care.
